Polyset has combined the unique properties found in epoxy siloxane resins and cationic initiators to develop coatings that are desirable for electronic and optical applications. From microlens arrays to redistribution layers to waveguides, Polyset has designed solutions specific to these applications.
Polyset’s coatings can be modified to fit a variety of application methods, including spin coating, ink jet deposition, spraying, etc. Additionally the flexibility of cationic curing allows for low utility usage curing methods, including LED, e-beam and UV.
