President/Chief Executive Officer

As President/CEO, Niladri is the commercial leader of Polyset and is primarily responsible for the overall business growth strategy and development of Polyset’s product lines, customer base and markets. While working summers at Polyset in high school and college in quality control, production and customer service capacities, Niladri started to learn the business from the ground up at a young age. Niladri began working full-time at Polyset in 2008 first as New Business Development Manager, then became Business Unit Manager for Protective Coatings, and lastly was Vice President of Marketing & Sales before becoming CEO in 2017. Niladri’s vision, alongside his brother Rajat, is to continue to grow the company that their father started into a nationally recognized brand within Polyset’s respective industries. Niladri received his BA in Political Science/Economics from University of Rochester and his MBA from Clarkson University.

Rajat Ghoshal
Rajat Ghoshal

Chief Operating Officer

Rajat (Raj) is the COO of Polyset, where his primary responsibility is to ensure efficient and effective business operations. His day-to-day leadership and vision encourages continuous improvement to help expand Polyset’s product portfolio and market reach. Additionally, Raj leads the Advanced Materials business unit synthesizing coatings and adhesives for microelectronic and optical applications. As a family-owned business, Raj has had Polyset in his veins from childhood, from the first lab bench he painted in high school to the experiments he conducted synthesizing epoxy siloxane oligomers and scaling up manufacturing of cationic catalysts while an undergraduate at Rensselaer. Lastly, Raj continues a tradition of community service at Polyset through his participation on boards and in sponsorship of local and international foundations with a focus on human services, arts, and education. Raj received his BS in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Eric Blackman
Eric Blackman

Chief Financial Officer

Eric is responsible for analyzing Polyset’s financial strengths and weaknesses, preparing financial statements, and calculating product costs. He joined Polyset in 2015 after working as a public accountant for manufacturing, insurance, and non-profit industries. Eric is a CPA and received his BA and MS in Accounting from SUNY College at Brockport.

David Nye
David Nye

Vice President of Engineering

David leads Polyset’s new product introduction efforts, transitioning our Design & Development outputs to full scale production. David works closely with our customers to assist in solving their engineering and processing challenges, as they seek to properly process and utilize the products that we sell. In addition, he coordinates with external providers and Contract Manufacturing Customers to ensure proper flow of information and product. Prior to joining Polyset, David held the position of Materials Scientist at GE Global Research within the Thermal & Structural Ceramics Program. David is a certified ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor. He earned his BS in Chemical Engineering and his MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Ifeanyi Broderick
Ifeanyi Broderick

Vice President of R&D

Chris joined Polyset in 2018 to oversee new product development, product modifications, and technical support. He brings with him more than 20 years’ experience in various R&D roles at Henkel Technologies, particularly in formulating polyurethane products. Chris holds 5 patents and received his MBA from Colorado State University.

Liz MacMurray
Liz MacMurray

Customer Service Manager

Liz is responsible for ensuring our customers needs are met from the start of the initial order to the product’s timely departure. With nearly 25 years at Polyset, Liz has had first-hand experience in multiple areas to gain the insight needed to run our Customer Service Department. Her natural leadership skills have been instrumental in the creation and deployment of Polyset’s operating system, as well as the employee procedures and original policies handbook. Liz has her certification in Lean Office 101.

Cliff Miller
Cliff Miller

Production Manager

Cliff’s tenure with Polyset began in 1989. As one of the longest-term employees, Cliff’s experience allows him to successfully lead the production team, including the management of the manufacturing schedule for Polyset’s core urethane, epoxy, and waterbased products. To ensure the facility is operating efficiently and at maximum capacity, Cliff works alongside the maintenance department in scheduling and servicing various pieces of equipment throughout the plant.

Tom Meacham
Tom Meacham

Business Manager – Expansion Joint Systems

Tom oversees our knowledgeable and experienced Construction Sales Managers. With more than 35 years in the industry, Tom has designed and introduced multiple new products that target industry gaps, as well as incorporated various installation techniques to improve process effectiveness. Prior to joining Polyset in 2005, Tom co-founded Capital Services and worked at E-Poxy Industries where his portfolio included the design and build of new products and equipment that are still on the market today. Tom currently holds 1 patent for a new joint system.
