Ply-Krete™ HS 350/250 Joint Systems

Ply-Krete™ HS 350 Joint System consists of Ply-Krete™ HS, a High Strength, moisture insensitive, elastomeric concrete nosing material and Ply-Seal, a waterproof joint seal. This system is one of the best systems available for Bridge Joints. The ‘toughness-factor’ of the Ply-Krete™ HS is second to none in its class. This joint system is designed to preserve and protect concrete decks and substructures by preventing water absorption and minimizing chloride intrusion in the most abusive environments. When higher elongation is required, the Ply-Krete™ HS 250 Joint System offers Ply-Seal XE as an alternate Joint Seal material.

Ply-Krete™ LV 350/250 Joint Systems

Ply-Krete™ LV 350 Joint System consists of Ply-Krete™ LV, a Low Viscosity, fast setting, high strength, moisture insensitive, elastomeric concrete nosing material and Ply-Seal™, a waterproof joint seal. This system is user-friendly with minimal downtime making it one of the most convenient systems available for Expansion Joints. The Ply-Krete™ LV 350 Joint System is ideal for New & Rehab construction projects.
When higher elongation is required, the Ply-Krete™ LV 250 Joint System offers Ply-Seal XE as an alternate Joint Seal material.

Ply-Krete™ AP 150 Joint System

Ply-Krete™ AP 150 Joint System is an economical, easy to install joint system. It consists of Ply-Krete™ AP, a Low Viscosity, fast setting, asphalt-based, elastomeric concrete joint system. The Ply-Krete™ AP is poured-in-place over aggregate and floating gap plate, and conforms to almost any block out.

Ply-Seal

Ply-Seal is a pre-formed, low-density, closed cell, crossed-linked, nitrogen blown polyethylene material. Ply-Seal is used as a flexible joint seal that is waterproof and chemical resistant. Ply-Seal is compatible with construction materials and resistant to abrasion, oxidation, oils, gasoline, salt and other materials that may come in contact with the surface. Conforms to ASTM D-1056, Type 2 Class B, Grade 3

Ply-Seal XE

Ply-Seal XE is a pre-formed, low-density, closed cell, crossed-linked, nitrogen blown foam. It is used as a flexible joint seal that is waterproof and chemical resistant. Ply-Seal XE is an ideal expansion joint seal for bridges, car parks, waste water treatment plants and many other commercial structures where a waterproof joint seal is required. Conforms to ASTM D-1056, Type 2 Class B, Grade 2

Ply-Krete™

Ply-Krete™ is a unique two component, modified elastomeric concrete developed for use in highly aggressive environments due to mechanical, chemical and weather conditions such as bridge expansion joint end dams and other aggressive construction applications. Ply-Krete™ has excellent adhesion to steel, concrete and asphalt. The compound (without aggregates) may also be used as a high performance coating/primer for various substrates (concrete and steel, etc.) giving long term protection against very aggressive environments.
