Concrete Injection
Ply-Jection
Ply-Jection is a low viscosity, two component, 100% solid, moisture insensitive, non-shrink epoxy resin system designed for crack sealing structural concrete either by gravity or pressure injection. It is designed to restore the structural integrity of concrete by fully penetrating the crack and developing high
bond strength upon curing. Ply-Jection has excellent adhesion to steel, concrete, wood, and other construction materials.
Meets ASTM C-881, Type I and III, Grade 1, Class B & C
Ply-Jection CC
Ply-Jection CC is a two component, 100% solid, moisture insensitive, non-shrink, low viscosity epoxy resin designed for crack sealing structural concrete either by gravity or pressure injection at low temperature (down to 30°F). It is also recommended for use where circumstances demand quick setting.
Ply-Jection CC is designed for higher strength, permanent repair of structural cracks in concrete. Meter-mix equipment is recommended for the application of this resin system.
Meets ASTM, C-881, Type I, III & IV, Grade 1, Class A & B
Ply-Jection PU
Ply-Jection PU is a two component, 100% solid, non-shrink, low viscosity polyurethane system designed for crack sealing structural concrete. A unique characteristic of this system is it’s ability to expand in the presence of moisture or flowing water to seal a crack quickly. Workable to 50° F.
Ply-Paste
Also used for attaching injection ports for pressure injection.
See description under Mortars, Grouts, & Patches.
Ply-Flex
Ply-Flex is a two component, 100% solid, moisture insensitive, non-shrink, low viscosity, flexible epoxy system designed for quick setting applications, or cure down to 30°F. It is capable of forming a very high bond strength over dry and damp surfaces. It is flexible and resistant to most mild non-oxidizing acids and alkalis, forming an impervious barrier to guard against contamination from moisture and corrosive chemicals.
Meets ASTM C-881, Type I & III Grade 1, Class A, B, C.

Concrete Curing & Preservation
Ply-Sealer
Ply-Sealer is a two component, thermosetting polymer solution specially designed to protect and preserve new and old concrete surfaces which are constantly exposed to severe weather conditions, harsh chemical treatments and constant wear. It provides an excellent curing system for protection to the concrete surface against freeze-thaw, salt penetration and wear.
Minimum application of 50°F is recommended for proper cure.
Ply-Sealer 50
Ply-Sealer 50 is a heavy duty version of Ply-Sealer. It penetrates concrete from 1/8” to 1/4” and reduces chloride intrusion into concrete by up to 95%.
Ply-Cure
Ply-Cure is a single component, solvent-based, moisture insensitive, very low viscosity, sprayable concrete curing compound. It is sprayed on freshly poured concrete to retain moisture to aid the curing of the concrete. The Ply-Cure is a temporary coating which erodes in time and does not compromise the adhesion of the concrete to subsequent treatments.
Ply-Cure WB
Ply-Cure WB is a single component, water-based, moisture insensitive, very low viscosity, sprayable concrete curing compound. It is an environmentally friendly, zero VOC version of the Ply-Cure concrete curing compound.
Ply-Sil
Ply-Sil is a well established family of impregnating agents based upon alkoxysiloxane chemistry for reducing moisture penetration and absorption into concrete surfaces. It is water based, and can be diluted further by water prior to application. Consult Polyset for further information on Ply-Sil material selection and applications. |
