Concrete Adhesives

Ply-Bonder, Ply-Bonder CC
Ply-Bonder is a 100% solids, moisture insensitive, two component, modified epoxy adhesive, developed for the construction industry for bonding various construction materials to cured concrete in high stress applications. The material has excellent adhesion to steel, concrete, wood, and other construction materials. It is also the recommended adhesive for the installation of Ply-Seal Joint Seals. Meets ASTM C-881, Type I & II, Grade 2, Class B & C.

For application below 45°F, please use Ply-Mortar CC, which is designed for quick setting application or curing down to 0°F.

Ply-Bonder FC
Ply-Bonder FC is a 100% solid, two component, modified epoxy adhesive designed to bond new, freshly poured concret to existing, old, or cured concrete.

Meets ASTM C-881, Type II, Grade 1 & 3, Class B & C

Ply-Bonder PS
Ply-Bonder PS is a 100% solid, 2 part flexible, polysulfide modified epoxy system designed to provide maximum bonding between cured concrete and fresh concrete.

Gap Sealants

Ply Sealant 95, Ply-Sealant 75
Ply-Sealant 95 is a fast setting, low viscosity, 100% solids, unfilled, two-component, modified urethane elastomer system. The product was developed for the construction industry for sealing control joints in warehouse floors, saw cuts in concrete, and as a waterproof sealant behind steel angles in bridge joints. Ply-Sealant provides a flexible, durable, weather-tight and traffic resistant seal for many types of joints in some of the most adverse conditions.

For larger gaps, use Ply-Sealant 75, which has higher elongation to handle the movement.

Mortars, Grouts, & Patches

Ply-Mortar, Ply-Mortar CC
Ply-Mortar is a 100% solid, non-shrink, two component modified epoxy resin system. When mixed with suitable aggregates, Ply-Mortar forms an epoxy mortar suitable for spalled areas, chuckholes, epoxy floors, establishing grades and other concrete applications. Designed to be a maintenancefree, chemically resistant, and inert material.

Meets ASTM C-881, Type III, Grade 1, Class B & C For application below 45°F, please use Ply-Mortar CC, which is designed for quick setting application or curing down to 30°F. Meets ASTM C-881, Type III, Grade 1, Class A

Ply-Back, HI
Ply-Back, HI is a two-component, room-temperature cure, epoxy backing compound designed as a shock-absorbent liner replacing Zinc in heavy duty crushing and grinding machines. Ply-Back HI should only be used in large heavy duty machines.

Ply Mortar HS
Ply-Mortar HS is a high strength, 100% solid, non-shrink, two component modified epoxy resin system. When mixed with suitable aggregates, Ply-Mortar HS forms an epoxy mortar suitable for heavy duty, high compression applications.

Ply-Paste
Ply-Paste is a 100% solids, two-component, moisture insensitive, lightweight, thixotropic, waterproof, epoxy paste patching material designed for overhead and vertical applications. It has excellent adhesion to most construction materials. Due to its lightweight design it may hang 2” overhead in one lift without dripping.

Meets ASTM C-881, Type I & III, Grade 3, Class B & C

Coatings

Ply-Coat APE
Ply-Coat APE is a 100% solid, 100% reactive, moisture insensitive, non-shrink two component epoxy coating designed for durability, chemical resistance to most mild inorganic and organic acids, alkalis & solvents, protection against corrosition and long wearing. It may be applied on concrete (both dry & damp) or steel structures for interior and exterior use.

Meets ASTM C-881, Type III, Grade 2, Class B & C

Ply-Coat CR
Ply-Coat CR is a 100% solid, two component epoxy coating system designed to perform exceptionally well in a broad range of severe environments such as strong acids/alkalis, and organic solvents. The system can be cured at ambient temperature (70—90°F), but for best chemical and thermal resistance, a post cure or forced cure at elevated temperature (90-125°F) for several hours (2-4 hours) is recommended.

Ply-Coat PU
Ply-Coat PU is a 100% solid, non-shrink, two component polyurethane coating, designed for flexibility, durability, and chemical resistance to most mild organic & inorganic acids, alkalis, and solvents. It may be applied on dry concrete or steel structures for interior use.

Ply-Coat 11
Ply-Coat 11 is a flexible, 100% solid, moisture insensitive, non-shrink, two component modified epoxy coating designed for durablility, chemical resistance to most mild inorganic & organic acids, alkalis, & solvents. It has excellent wear resistance for heavy traffic areas. It can be applied on dry and damp surfaces for interior use.

Ply-Clear E, Ply-Clear U
Ply-Clear E is a two component, crystal-clear, moisture insensitive, tough, 100% solid, protective epoxy coating for architectural substrates, such are marble, granite, and wood. It protects & preserves original aesthetics of the substrate. Ideal for seamless floors.

For superior performance in exterior applications, choose Ply-Clear U.

Ply-Zinc WB
Ply-Zinc WB is a state-of-the art water-based inorganic Zinc coating designed to protect our most treasured structures. Originally developed by NASA to shelter gantries from corrosive ocean spray, this material has been installed successfully on the Golden Gate Bridge, Statue of Liberty, and the Panama Canal, amongst many others. Among other high-performance maritime applications. Ply-Zinc WB provides corrosion resistance and heat resistance up to 400°C.

Waterproof Membranes

Ply-Coat RC
Ply-Coat RC is a moisture cured roof coating system. It consists of a Ply-Coat BC, a flexible & durable base coat, and Ply-Coat TC, a topcoat which imparts excellent outdoor weatherability and UV resistance. They offer ease of application and substantial labor savings over two part systems.

Ply-Coat CT
Ply-Coat CT is a two component, 100% solid, flexible coal tar epoxy resin system which can be used as a protective coating or mortar mix with suitable aggregates. The system is designed to provide an extremely durable and very effective waterproof topping or a mortar build up against an existing asphalt/coal-tar base substrate on bridge decks, parking garages, and other critical areas.
