Services Contract Manufacturing
| Approximately one third of Polyset's revenues are from contract manufacturing. Polyset has a modern 50,000+ square foot manufacturing facility. We are fully equipped to consistently manufacture production batches with lot to lot uniformity. We possess the process capabilities to handle the full spectrum of resin viscosity and thixotrophy: from simple blending, high shear mixing to high temperature reactions. We have the ability to handle a variety of packaging requirements from tankers to quart cans. Additionally, we do component assembly where our manufactured materials are incorporated.
Polyset maintains a high degree of quality assurance through it's fully equipped lab facilities. Polyset performs tests to a variety of ASTM standards.
Today the company does contract manufacturing for a number of global companies including a Fortune Fifty company where we are a formal manufacturing site. We treat each customer with confidentiality and strive to meet their individual customer requirements. In some cases we are integrated into their computer network systems for real time operations and are a formal manufacturing site.
Our own knowledge and manufacturing capabilities in the area of epoxies and urethanes has contributed to more efficient processing schemes and subsequent cost reduction. To maintain our leadership in this area we have state of the art research and development center with an array of laboratories dedicated to quality control/assurance, resin development, synthesis and pilot plant manufacture of specialty products.
